Citizenship & Naturalization
I help individuals and families navigate the immigration process, with particular emphasis on citizenship and naturalization, including medical disability exceptions to testing requirements. My services also include family reunification, spousal and fiancé(e) visas, petitions for parents and children, travel documents, and other immigration matters.
Family Reunification
I help individuals and families pursue family reunification through spousal and fiancé(e) visas and petitions for parents and children. I provide guidance through the application process and related immigration matters.
Asylum & Humanitarian Protection
I assist individuals seeking protection in the United States, including affirmative asylum applications, defensive asylum in immigration court, and removal defense. My services include evaluating eligibility for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT).
Removal Defense
I assist individuals facing removal proceedings in immigration court. My services include evaluating available defenses and potential forms of relief, including asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT).
Miscellaneous Immigration Services
I assist with travel documents and other immigration matters. I review each person's circumstances to identify their needs and determine appropriate next steps. Green card renewals and replacements; immigration travel documents and reentry permits; advance parole applications; employment authorization matters; citizenship certificate replacements; passport-related guidance and assistance; temporary visitor visa guidance; immigration document corrections; and other selected immigration services.
Administrative Advocacy & Appeals
I represent and advocate for individuals navigating government agencies and administrative proceedings, including In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) and Social Security Administration (SSA) matters. My focus is on helping clients understand their rights, challenge unfavorable decisions, and pursue available administrative remedies.

I work with community leaders and organizations to establish, develop, and strengthen nonprofit institutions. My advisory services include nonprofit formation, governance structures, organizational planning, leadership development, and practical guidance to help institutions operate effectively and serve their communities sustainably.
Attorney Jury Trial Preparation & Training
Drawing on my experience conducting 14 jury trials, I help fellow attorneys prepare for trial and strengthen their courtroom advocacy. Through individualized coaching, case preparation sessions, and intensive trial boot camps, I focus on developing practical skills, courtroom confidence, and effective trial strategies.

As Founder and Editor-in-Chief of The Horn Dispatch (“THD”), I am building a community platform dedicated to telling our stories, preserving our cultural heritage, strengthening civic understanding, and supporting meaningful participation in American life.
Through community journalism, civic education, cultural preservation, and proactive integration, The Horn Dispatch seeks to connect generations, strengthen institutions, and help communities navigate the opportunities and challenges of building their lives in America.
The Horn Dispatch is distinct from my legal practice, but both reflect a philosophy central to my work: We Have Each Other.
